How do you calculate the service fee?

It’s calculated by the number of actions saved: number of services in your household bundle multiplied by the number of members you split with.

How do invites work?

Invites last for 24 hours. Only those who accept will split a combined monthly total with you.

What is a custom subscription bundle?

It’s a group of media subscriptions that fits what a household wants. Keyring makes it easy to bundle & split.

What happens after split?

You’re good to go. Forget passwords and manual payments. Use Keyring as a ‘remote control’ to instantly access all media subscriptions.

Will my data be private and safe?

Yes. Keyring provides magic access to accounts without revealing or sharing passwords. We use bank-level security: 256-bit SSL encryption & read-only access to data. We take security seriously.

How do I cancel?

Contact support@joinkeyring.com (we’re not trying to make cancelling hard, we’re just building it). We’ll take care of you. If it takes +3 days to make it right, we’ll buy you Chick-Fil-A. Note: the cost of your bundle will change, and the cost of the serivces will be split between who remains.

How do taxes work?

Taxes and government surcharges vary per city, state, and country. They’re calculated automatically according to your region.

What devices can I access the services on?

Google Chrome, through our Browser Extension.
Firefox and SmartTV are next.

Why not mobile or TV?

Since you’re splitting the serivces, you’re paying less, so you get less devices. Want more? Sign up to the serivces directly, they’re great! Life Hack: you can cast from your browser to your TV if you have Chromecast.

Our household has multiple subscriptions, how many times will I get paid?

Once. We gather what’s due, then pay it out in one payment. One bill for all of your media, no more losing track of multiple subscription bills.
